Rays are a type of fish that are closely related to sharks. The SPOTTED EAGLE RAY hunts in the ocean floor for sea animals. They have strong jaws that can crunch through a crab's hard shell.
This piece is part of a series of my favorite sea creatures painted in watercolor on paper 7"x10" (18x25cm) on white background.
