ALL orders cancelled before shipping will be fully refunded.

If you are unhappy with your item, have changed your mind or would like to cancel a recently placed order, please contact me at info@seaconnectionart.com to organize the refund.

Please note that our Giclées are printed on demand, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been shipped therefore not eligible for return and refund.

We offer a full refund for items (except Giclées) returned within 14 days of purchase in good condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@seaconnectionart.comI will endeavor to respond to your email within 5 working days. If you haven't received a response within this time please check your junk/ spam folder.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
