Shipping policy

We normally process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of being placed. Please check your Spam box and contact us at info@seaconnectionart.com if you don't receive you tracking delivery number within this period. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to duty/customs taxes and/or fees. These vary per country and are the buyer's responsibility.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. We will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to receive the parcel or pay potential custom clearance.
